One account for the whole group. Members choose their setup and send a request, and the account holder approves it before anything is charged.
How it works for a group
- One account holder runs the account and pays for the restrings: a club, a coach, a team manager, or anyone ordering for others.
- Tell us a little about your group after you sign up, and we'll set your account up for members.
- Add members by first name or nickname. That's all we ask about them. You can order for a member who doesn't need a sign-in.
- A member can have their own sign-in to choose a setup and send a request. The account holder approves or declines it, and nothing is charged until it's approved.
- Members can also pay for their own restrings if they prefer.
- Everyone involved can follow the order. The updates and the photos go to the account holder and to the member who asked.
